Open the official Adobe Creative Cloud cancellation page ↗
Steps (from the official help page)
- Sign in to your Adobe account (account.adobe.com) and open Plans and payment.
- Select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel your plan.
- Check your plan details, then select Continue to cancel.
- Select a reason for cancelling, then select Continue.
- Review the cancellation details (including any fee shown), then select Confirm cancellation.
- Check your email for Adobe's confirmation, or verify the cancellation on your account page.
Good to know
- Check your plan type first. Adobe's US subscription terms say an Annual plan, paid monthly carries an early termination fee after 14 days: 50% of the remaining contract balance (e.g. cancel in month nine and you pay half of the three remaining months).
- Within 14 days of your initial purchase, Adobe says most plans get a full refund.
- Annual plan, prepaid: Adobe says no refund is available if you cancel after the 14-day window.
- Bought through Apple, Google or Microsoft? Cancel through that store instead of your Adobe account.
- More than one plan? Each one must be cancelled separately.
- Can't cancel? Adobe says you can't cancel while a payment is processing or has a problem; wait 24 hours and try again.
- Access to paid apps continues to the end of the current billing period; your account becomes a free membership with 5GB cloud storage, and you get 30 days to move files if you're over that limit.

If cancelling doesn't work
- Take screenshots of each step and note the date and time you tried.
- If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead: Apple · Google Play.
- Contact the company's support through the official page above and keep the reply.
- US residents can report the company at reportfraud.ftc.gov or file a complaint with the BBB.
- Ask your card issuer how to stop future recurring charges, or use a pausable virtual card for future sign-ups.
