How to cancel Apple subscriptions

Steps (from the official help page)

1. iPhone/iPad: open Settings and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap the subscription.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll).

Good to know

• On a Mac: App Store, click your name, then your name again, Subscriptions, choose one, Cancel Subscription.
• If there's no Cancel button or you see a red expiration message, it's already canceled.

If cancelling doesn't work

• Take screenshots of each step and note the date and time you tried.
• If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead: Apple · Google Play.
• Contact the company's support through the official page above and keep the reply.
• US residents can report the company at reportfraud.ftc.gov or file a complaint with the BBB.
• Ask your card issuer how to stop future recurring charges, or use a pausable virtual card for future sign-ups.
