How to cancel Netflix

Steps (from the official help page)

1. Go to the Manage your membership page (sign in if needed).
2. Tap or click Cancel.
3. Under Cancel, tap or click Finish Cancellation.
4. A confirmation email is sent to the account email.

Good to know

• Signing out or deleting the app does not cancel your account.
• If you cancel with time left, you can keep watching until the end of the billing period.
• Netflix also offers a 1-month pause on some plans instead of cancelling.

If cancelling doesn't work

• Take screenshots of each step and note the date and time you tried.
• If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead: Apple · Google Play.
• Contact the company's support through the official page above and keep the reply.
• US residents can report the company at reportfraud.ftc.gov or file a complaint with the BBB.
• Ask your card issuer how to stop future recurring charges, or use a pausable virtual card for future sign-ups.
