Open the official Paramount+ cancellation page ↗
Steps (from the official help page)
- First check where you signed up. Paramount+ says to cancel on the device or platform you used to subscribe.
- Signed up on paramountplus.com, a smart TV (LG, Vizio, Samsung) or a game console (Xbox, PS4, PS5): go to paramountplus.com, click your username in the upper right corner, click Account, then scroll down and click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
- iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple): open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Paramount+, tap Cancel Subscription, then tap Confirm.
- Apple TV (4th gen and later): Settings, Users & Accounts, your account, Subscriptions, choose Paramount+, then Cancel Subscription.
- Android phone, tablet or TV (billed by Google Play): on a phone or computer go to g.co/play/subscriptions, select Paramount+, select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
- Fire TV (billed by Amazon): go to amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions, sign in, select Actions next to Paramount+, then Cancel your subscription.
- Roku: from the home screen, highlight the Paramount+ channel, press the * button on your remote, select Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
- Prime Video Channels: in Prime Video go to Account & Settings, Your subscriptions, find the Paramount+ channel, select Unsubscribe and confirm.
Good to know
- Can't log in? Paramount+ says to open its Help Center (help.paramountplus.com), click the blue chat bubble at the bottom of the screen and type Agent.
- Deleting the app is not cancelling. Paramount+ says uninstalling it on an Android TV will not cancel your subscription.
- On Apple, if you don't see Cancel Subscription, Paramount+ says it's already canceled and won't renew.
- Timing (subscribed directly, per the US Terms of Use section 5.8): you keep access until the cancellation takes effect. On a free trial that is the end of the trial; otherwise it is the end of your current billing period, even if a promo price applies.
- No refunds: the Terms say you will not be refunded for any fees you have paid, except where you may be legally entitled to one.
- Free trials and promos that cover the full price still need a payment method, and you are charged automatically when they end unless you cancel before then.
- Got a price-change notice? The Terms say price changes only apply at renewal, so you can cancel before the next billing period starts.
- Billed through Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku or another partner? Cancellation and refund rules are that company's, not Paramount's.
- Full US terms: viacomcbs.legal/us/en/pplus/termsofuse (sections 5.4 to 5.9 and 6.1).
If cancelling doesn't work
