How to cancel Uber One

Open the official Uber One cancellation page ↗
Steps (from the official help page)
- Open the Uber app and tap the Account icon.
- Tap Uber One.
- Scroll down and tap Manage Membership.
- Select End Membership and follow the prompts until it confirms. Uber says you can also cancel online, not just in the app.
Good to know
- Timing matters. Uber says to cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day to avoid the charge for the next billing cycle.
- Less than 48 hours before renewal? Uber's help page says to contact support through the form on that page instead.
- On a free trial, or a paused membership? Uber says your benefits end as soon as you cancel. Otherwise you keep benefits until the end of the current billing period.
- If Uber refunds your Uber One payment, its help page says you can't buy Uber One again for 3 days.
If cancelling doesn't work
- Take screenshots of each step and note the date and time you tried.
- If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead: Apple · Google Play.
- Contact the company's support through the official page above and keep the reply.
- US residents can report the company at reportfraud.ftc.gov or file a complaint with the BBB.
- Ask your card issuer how to stop future recurring charges, or use a pausable virtual card for future sign-ups.
