Open the official Walmart+ cancellation page ↗
Steps (from the official help page)
- Sign in to your walmart.com account.
- Select Walmart+.
- Select Manage membership.
- Select Manage beside Walmart+ plan.
- Select Cancel beside Cancel membership.
- Choose Confirm cancellation. (The other choices, View exclusive offer and Keep membership, do not cancel.)
- Prefer the phone? Walmart's Walmart+ Terms of Use say you can also cancel by calling Walmart Customer Care at (800) 924-9206.
Good to know
- Cancel before the end of your current term. Walmart's Terms say that is how you avoid being charged for a new monthly or annual term.
- After you cancel, you keep using Walmart+ (and any Plus Up add-on) until the end of the term you already paid for.
- Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Walmart+ Terms of Use or required by law.
- Free or promo trials auto-renew into a full-price monthly or annual membership unless you cancel. If you cancel during a trial, Walmart may end it immediately and no refunds are issued.
- Cancelling Walmart+ also ends any Plus Up add-ons (e.g. InHome, Paramount+ Premium, Peacock Premium Plus). You can cancel just an add-on without cancelling Walmart+.
- Want to remove every card from your account? Walmart's Terms say you must cancel your membership (and any Plus Up add-on) first.
- Got Walmart+ through Sam's Club? Walmart's Terms say memberships billed by Sam's Club follow the Sam's Club terms. A Walmart+ with Sam's Club Plus bundle can be cancelled through Walmart+ or your Sam's Club account.
- Not sure? Walmart offers a Remind Me Later email sent three days before your renewal date.
- Changed your mind? Before the billing cycle ends you can go to Account, Walmart+, Reactivate membership.
- Only need a break? Paid members without a Plus Up add-on can pause for one month at a time, up to three non-consecutive times in a rolling 12 months (not available on trials).
